Terms and conditions
PREAMBULE
Les conditions générales de vente décrites ci-après détaillent les droits et obligations de l?entreprise individuelle Clémence Coutelle-Rebut et de son client dans le cadre de la vente des prestations de services et marchandises suivantes : service d?illustration en freelance – achat de prints et produits dérivés – achat d?illustrations personnalisées.
The Parties are referred as follows :
On the one hand,
The term «Clients» refers to any natural or legal person having requested Another Pleas’s professional services as part of a contract or purchase of the following items : freelance illustration service, art prints or other by-products, personalised illustrations.
On the other hand,
The term « Another Please » refers to the sole proprietorship Another Please, represented by its owner Clémence Coutelle-Rebut whose the registered office are located at 3 rue Henri Montaut, 31400, TOULOUSE, whose contact information is : contact@anotherplease.fr.
ARTICLE 1 -The company

ARTICLE 2 -Object
By signing the quote or placing an order online, Clients acknowledge and agree to abide the present terms and conditions. Any delivery by Another Please (products and services) par Another Please this indicates the full and unreserved acceptance of the present terms by Clients.
Parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by signed quotes or online orders, and by the present terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions including those of Clients.
Another Please reserves the right to modify its general conditions of use and prices at any time, by simply updating the relevant webpage. These new conditions will not apply to contracts signed or orders placed before the update.
By accepting a quote or placing an order online, Clients acknowledge that the present terms and conditions prevail over their own terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 3 -Offers
Another Please offers freelance illustration services, as well as personalised illustrated portraits, art prints and by-products.
ARTICLE 4 – Legal capacity
Clients declare that they are of legal age and have legal capacity to contract the services supplied by Another Please.
ARTICLE 5 - Freelance illustrations
5.1. Prices
Prices for merchandise and services are those which are in effect on the day the order is accepted. Prices are indicated in Euros, inclusive of all French taxes. Another Please shall bill merchandise and services at the price given at the time the order was placed. In case of exceptional inflation rates, Another Please reserves the right to readjust prices after the signature of a quote, by notifying clients in advance.
A 15% mark-up shall be applied to any request entailing short delays (under 10 working days).
5.1. Quote acceptance
Another Please provides personalised quotes to Clients upon request. Quotes describe the type of service provided, the global price offer and the payment conditions.
Quotes are valid for a fixed duration of one month.
Any freelance service requires the acceptance and signature of the quote by the Client prior to the service delivery. Freelance orders are considered definitive upon the reception by Another Pleaseof the signed quote and a deposit of 30% of the total offer price.
5.3. Modifications
Any modification of service requested after the acceptance of the quote may entail price adjustments. Another Please reserves the right to refuse these modifications without damage to any other course of action.
Any significant modification of the service requested shall entail a price adjustment.
5.4. Payment
Freelance illustration services are to be paid by wire transfer (the bank information will be handed over to Clients upon acceptance of the quote) or cheque.
Clients shall make a deposit of 30% of the total offer price upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance shall be paid within 15 days upon receipt of the bill.
No discount will be granted for advance payments. Any amounts not paid by the due date stated on the invoice happen automatically and without prior notice, penalties for late payment at a 21% annual rate along with the flat-rate allowance of 40 euros (décret n°2012-1115 du 2 octobre 2012). In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend all pending orders, without damage to any other course of action.
ARTICLE 6 – Personalised portraits and other custom illustrations
6.1. Prices
Prices for merchandise and services are those which are in effect on the day the order is accepted. They are given in euros all taxes included, except shipping and processing charges. Another Please commits to bill merchandise at the price given at the time the order was validated.
Prices for personalised portraits vary depending on the number of illustrated characters. Pets are considered as full characters and billed accordingly. The illustration process, prices and delivery conditions are specified on each product description page.
By validating the order on the website www.anotherplease.fr the Client accepts the present terms and conditions, the illustration process, the cost of preparation and the cost of delivery of the order. We reserve the right to decline or modify any order that does not comply with its prices policy (i.e. an order and payment for 2 people when the actual service requested is for a family of three).
Prices indicated on the product page include:
- the illustration service for the number of people chosen by the Client - medium close shot
- an illustrated frame chosen by the Client out of Another Please’ library
- the choosing of a global colour palette
- one (1) revision of the sketch and three (3) colour modifications of the final illustration
- the delivery of the portrait EITHER as a high-quality digital file OR a print
- the digital file can be provided to the Client upon request.

6.2. Modifications
A modification is defined as one change and not one request for many changes. For example, asking to modify the hair length and the color of the dress corresponds to two changes.
Any extra modification of the final illustration will be charged a fixed fee of three (3) euros per modification. Any significant modification of the portrait will, by right, lead to a reassessment of the service price.
6.3. Payment
Personalised illustrations offered by Another Please are to be paid online upon order or by wire transfer. Particular requests entailing the signature of a quote are to be paid exclusively by wire transfer or cheque.
Orders of personalised portraits will be processed upon receipt of the full payment. Any amounts not paid by the due date stated on the invoice happen automatically and without prior notice, annual penalties for 21% with an additional fixed fee of 40€ (French décret n°2012-1115, October 2nd 2012). In case of late payment, we may suspend all pending orders, without damage to any other course of action.
6.4. Delivery and return policy
Personalised portraits can be delivered either as a high-quality digital file or as a print (A4 to A3). Printing and shipping costs for the print option will be borne by the Client.
Given the custom nature of this work, personalised illustrations can not be returned, refunded or exchanged (cf. Article 8 of the present terms and conditions).
ARTICLE 7 – Orders of by-products
7.1. Prices
Prices for merchandise and services are those which are in effect on the day the order is accepted. They are given in euros all taxes included,except shipping and processing charges.. Delivery costs vary according to the value, weight and destination of the shipment. Another Please commits to bill merchandise at the price given at the time the order was validated.
By validating the order on the website www.anotherplease.fr , the client accepts the quote. Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment. Any amounts not paid by the due date stated on the invoice happen automatically and without prior notice, penalties for late payment at a 21% annual rate along with the flat-rate allowance of 40 euros (décret n°2012-1115 du 2 octobre 2012). In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend all pending orders, without damage to any other course of action.
7.2. Payment
Orders of by-products are to be paid online or by wire transfer.
ARTICLE 8 - Delivery
Delivery terms
Another Please ships items to France, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, the UK, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, according to delivery terms, times and prices described here below. A confirmation email is sent to Clients upon shipment for them to track their delivery.
Delivery times
Orders are handled upon 10 to 15 days after they are placed.
We will do our utmost to respect the delivery times of the items ordered. However any delay in delivery time will not entitle the buyer to obtain damages, or to cancel the order.
If the delivery does not take place, due to force majeure within a delay of thirty days from the date of the order confirmation, the buyer may cancel his order.
In those cases, Another Please will repay the perceived payment, except for any allowance or damages claimed by the purchaser.
Force majeure events mainly include fire, strikes, accident, illness, natural catastrophes or lack of raw material.
In any assumption, the delivery within the deadlines supposes that the purchaser is up to date of his obligations in regard of Another Please. Another Please shall in no way whatsoever be held responsible for delivery delays.
The customer shall bear the carriage risks in full until delivery. In case of damaged goods, please contact the delivery company prior to contacting Another Please.
Clients are fully responsible for choosing the delivery service and therefore the delivery costs applied to their order.
Upon order receipt
The customer must check the conformity of the goods and his general state when receiving these goods. The customer shall bear the carriage risks in full until delivery. In case of damaged goods, please contact the delivery company prior to contacting Another Please.
ARTICLE 9 - Copyright and publication rights
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Another Please retains all copyright over commissioned artwork, including personalised family portraits.
Unless otherwise specified in the project agreement with the client, Another Please reserves the right to publish commissioned artwork, as well as its work-in-progress versions both online and in the illustrator’s portfolio.
Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Please contact Another Please for any commercial or press use of the illustrations.
Clients can share personalised illustrations on their websites or social media provided that Another Please is duly mentioned.
ARTICLE 10 -Withdrawal period and order cancellation
10.1. Pursuant to the article L121-21-8 of the French law n°2014-344 of March 17th 2014 - art. 9 (V), the right of withdrawal is set to 14 calendar days after the acceptance and signature of the quote.
Pursuant to the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 clear days from the date of receipt of his order to return items in good condition and in its original packaging with the original invoice.
Attention : No retraction will be accepted if the returned product is not fit for re-selling. The product shall then be returned to clients at their own expenses. After this delay, for the return of any item, either under settlement of a claim or any other reason, the buyer must obtain a formal agreement from Another Please. The buyer will receive a credit note. All delivery costs will be supported by the buyer.
10.2. In order to guarantee reasonable delivery delays, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following situations :
- for services that have been fully executed and delivered to the Client prior to the end of the withdrawal period, and for which the Client expressly renounced their right of withdrawal ;
- for services delivered only as digital files ;
- for personalised services and products custom-made for the Client ;
- when the Client is a professional.
10.3. No deposit shall be refunded in case of cancellation of a freelance service by the Client
10.4. Clients shall inform Another Please by e-mail at contact@anotherplease.fr to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions and within the time limit laid down in these general terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 11 ? Force majeure
Another Please shall not be held responsible for delays in the execution or the non-execution of its commitments arising as a result of events outside its normal control, including production interruptions, difficulties in acquiring or shortages of materials, delays in transport, strikes, lock outs, work interruptions or other collective labour disputes, whether or not they are directly related to the company or its suppliers and this even in the event these events are foreseeable.
ARTICLE 12 - Inquiries
12.1. Inquiries relating to our general terms and conditions shall be sent by post at Another Please, 3 rue Henri Montaut, 31400, Toulouse. We will make every effort to answer queries in the best delays.
12.2. Our general terms and conditions are subjected to French law. Les conditions générales de vente sont soumises au droit Français. Where parties fail to agree amicably, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the present terms and conditions will come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce of Toulouse, even in the case of appeal, claim for contribution from third party or plurality of defendants.
ARTICLE 13 - General provisions
13.1. General terms and conditions are available online and can be modified by Another Please at any time provided that they are published on this webpage. Only the latest version shall be applicable to new orders and quotes.
13.2. If any provision of these General terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Legal Notices, which shall remain in full force and effect.
The present General terms and conditions were drafted and entered into force on October 20th , 2022.
